- Hatch:
- For Small Vessels: The Hatch Length And Width Shall Be Greater Than 14 M.
- For Large Vessels: The Hatch Length Shall Be Greater Than 19 M. (Hatch Of Hold No. 1 Excluded)
- Tank Top: The Net Length Shall Be Greater Than 25 M, Especially Hold No. 2/3/4
- Under Coaming Area : The Width Of The Port And Starboard Wing Tanks Shall Be Lesser Than 2.5 M.
- Slope: The Sloped Side Angles Of The Port And Starboard Wing Tanks Shall Be Greater Than 60°.
- Loading Method: A 25-Ton Forklift Will Be Used To Handle Cargo Within The Under-Coaming Area. Billets May Be Stacked Up To 8–9 Layers, And Slabs Up To 11 Layers. Cargo In The Main Hold Shall Be Arranged In A “Grid” (Crosswise) Pattern.
- If Buyer Or Shipowner Require Longitudinal Loading. To Ensure Safe Navigation, One Transverse Layer Must Be Added After Every Three Longitudinal Layers. Shipowner Will Also Need To Bear The Additional Costs For Extra Materials, As Well As Responsibility For Cargo And Vessel Safety And Any Impact On Loading/Unloading Operations. Additionally, When The Cargo Volume Per Hold Is Large, The Portion In The Main Hold That Exceeds The Wing Tank Height Must Be Topped Transversely Against The Port And Starboard Side Walls.
- Mutually Agreed Stowage Plan Between Owners And Shippers To Be Stamped / Signed By Master And Only Then Vessel Will Be Called For Berthing.
- The Port Prohibits Panamax-Type Vessels From Loading Billets And Slabs.
