Dear Sir/Madam,

A very good day to you.

We are currently in the process of studying logistics solutions for a contract involving trade between Brazil (Santos) and Qatar (Hamad Port), in both directions, with operations expected to commence in the first quarter of 2027.

In this regard, we would greatly appreciate it if you could provide us with information regarding your capabilities and experience in handling such trade, including your available services and any relevant operational details.

We look forward to receiving your kind and prompt response.

Many thanks in advance for your cooperation.

Best regards,

Saverio Sears
