Bunker Price Adjustment Clause - To Be Agreed In The Offer.

1. Base Price: This Charter Party Is Concluded On The Basis Of A Bunker Price Of [Vlsfo Price As Per Published Platts Price On The Day Of Fixing] Per Metric Ton (Mt) For Very Low Sulfur Fuel Oil (Vlsfo, 0.5% Marine Fuel).
2. Reference Price: The Reference Vlsfo Price Shall Be The Arithmetic Average Of The Vlsfo Bunker Price Reported In The 6th, 7th, And 8th Platts Reports Following The Bill Of Lading (B/L) Date At Singapore.
3. Freight Adjustment: If The Reference Vlsfo Price Is Higher Or Lower Than The Base Price Set Out In Clause 1, The Agreed Freight Rate Shall Be Adjusted By Usd 2.00 Per Metric Ton (Usd 2.00/T) For Every Change Of Usd 100.00 Per Metric Ton (Mt) In The Bunker Price.
4. Calculation: This Adjustment Shall Be Calculated On A Strict Pro-Rata Basis.
