• Discharge Rate: 3,000MT PWWD FHEX EIU 12:00 hrs Thursday or the day before holiday to 08:00 hrs Saturday//after holiday EIU
• Fit for Max draft both ends.
• Load/Discharge port: 1SP :2SB.
• Demurrage: POL/POD pdprhd.

• Commission: 2.5% Add Com on FDD + 1.25% Brokerage com on FDD to LIPSOS BULK 
• Vessel Age: < 20 years grab and crane fitted (Geared vessel).
• Class: IACS, International Group of P & I club cover.
• Agent: Charterer’s agent both ends.

NB:

• PDA Owners cost both ends.
• Owner has to give its sea freight quotation based on the terms and conditions stipulated above. Freight quotation submitted contrary to the terms and conditions indicated above will be rejected.
• If shipment period due to different reasons prolonged for one/two additional months, the same freight rate will be extended for one/two additional months.
• Sea Freight quotation must be submitted basis 52,000mt Min/Max per lot.
• Please only submit your best offer from a single owner.
• Other terms and conditions subject to further negotiations and management approval.
• Any war risk related costs and time to be owners account.
