In case of ice trade, distillates in winter to have upper pour point of -6C. In any case, pour point for any residual fuel and pour point and CFPP for any distillate fuel to be advised beforehand. In case above grades are not available then a prior notification before delivery would be required from Charterers. Bunkers of different grades, specifications and/or supplies shall be segregated into separate tanks within the vessels natural segregation. The Owners shall not be held liable for any restriction in bunker capacity as a result of segregating bunkers as aforementioned.
