Chartrers are looking for a suitable General Cargo / Multipurpose Vessel with tween deck capability for time charter employment as per below:

Acc : TBN
Trade / Intended Employment : Houston, USA to Guanta, Venezuela, and occasionally Maracaibo, Venezuela.
Charter Period : 3 + 3 + 3 + 3 months, in Charterers option.
Vessel Type Required : General Cargo / Multipurpose Vessel, suitable for breakbulk / project cargo / general cargo operations.
Tween deck required, preferably adjustable/removable tween decks suitable for mixed cargo parcels.
Preferred Vessel Specifications : * DWT: about 7,00010,000 MT

* Draft : preferably not exceeding about 7.50 m summer draft
* LOA : about 115125 m, slightly larger vessel may be considered
* Beam : about 1517 m
* Holds / Hatches: preferably 2 holds / 2 hatches
* Tween deck required
* Adjustable/removable tween deck arrangement preferred
* Box-shaped or cargo-friendly holds preferred
* Grain / Bale capacity: about 8,00010,000 CBM or more
* Hatch openings suitable for breakbulk and project cargo
* Pontoon hatch covers preferred
* Vessel must be suitable for safe loading/discharging of general cargo, project cargo, and mixed cargo parcels

Gear Requirement : * Geared vessel
* Minimum 2 cranes preferred
* Crane capacity around 60 MT SWL each preferred
* Combined lift capability will be considered an advantage
* Cranes must be fully operational and certified

Technical / Operational Preferences : * Bow thruster preferred
* Fixed pitch propeller acceptable
* Good maneuverability for Caribbean / Venezuelan ports
* Vessel must be fully classed, certified, and free of outstanding technical restrictions
* Vessel must be able to trade to Venezuela, including Guanta and Maracaibo, subject to owners compliance approval
* Owners to confirm vessel and ownership are not subject to any sanctions restriction

Speed / Consumption Preference : * About 12 knots service speed
* Economical consumption preferred
* Owners to provide full speed and consumption details for laden/ballast, idle, working, and crane operations

Delivery / Redelivery : * Delivery: US Gulf / Houston area preferred, or as close as possible
* Redelivery: Caribbean / US Gulf / mutually agreed range
* Exact delivery date to be discussed

* Crane certificates
