Bookings
All fixtures are subject to final charter party terms. Indications on this platform are non-binding until confirmed in writing.
Liability
ShipOffer Group acts as an intermediary network. Users are responsible for verifying counterparties and compliance with applicable trade laws.
Governing law
Disputes shall be resolved under the laws of Singapore unless otherwise agreed in writing.
